Data IO Corporation Announces Leadership Transition

Bill Wentworth Appointed Chief Executive Officer

Data IO Corporation (NASDAQ: WEB), a leading provider of data storage and management solutions, today announced a leadership transition plan with the appointment of Bill Wentworth as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2024. Mr. Wentworth will succeed Anthony Ambrose, who has served as President and CEO since October 2012.

Mr. Ambrose will remain with the company as a member of the Board of Directors and will serve as an advisor to Mr. Wentworth during the transition period.

Mr. Wentworth has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He most recently served as CEO of StorageTek, a leading provider of data storage and management solutions. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at EMC Corporation, including President and COO.
